Greetings to you all
Honourable Premier, MEC`s, District Mayor, our most valued invited guests, ladies and gentlemen! It`s my privilege to have been asked to propose a vote of thanks on this occasion.
I, on behalf of UThukela District, and the entire fraternity of Local Governance here together, and on my own behalf extend a very hearty vote of thanks to all speakers for gracing your important work and sharing with us your findings and opinions today!
We are blessed to be hosting an event such as this one especially since it precedes Women`s month and the end of Men`s month. I would also like to emphasise to our young future leaders the importance of abstaining from drugs, unsafe sex, criminal activities and any form of xenophobic activities. This coupled with education will be your strongest tool for your bright futures.
A big `Thank You` to Dr. Zweli Mkhize , for his efforts towards this Career Exhibition and it`s advancing thereof.
I must mention our deep sense of appreciation to Mr N.V Ngidi, for his explanation and overview of this project.
We are all inspired by your great words!
I trust that all the learners that will be blessed with the opportunity to be at this exhibition, will take note of everything that will be happening around them and that it will be of much assistance in the future of their career choices.
This is a vital part of any learners career choice, as we all know, the subjects which our learners choose to do in school will play a huge role in the careers they enrol for in future. It is for this reason that we always appreciate and acknowledge occasions like these.
Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to place on record our hearty thanks to the office of the Premier for the perfect logistic support and guidance they have extended to all of us at this KZN Public Service Career Exhibition Opening.
Programme director, ladies and gentlemen, an event like this cannot happen overnight. The wheels start rolling weeks ago. It requires planning and a birds eye for details. We have been fortunate enough to be backed by a very motivated and dedicated team which knows their jobs and are result oriented.
Programme director, ladies and gentlemen, once again I want to state that we are most grateful to all speakers on this stage. We thank you for being with us today- it`s been a great pleasure.
Thank You Very Much!
